Aikido Breathing Exercises
This page provides students with instructions regarding Aikido breathing exercises. Proper breathing techniques are often practiced in many Aikido schools in order to develop focus, enhanced aerobic capacity, reduce stress, etc. Breathing techniques are often practiced in traditional martial arts in conjunction with meditation.
