Instructions for Aikido's Ryotetori Nikyo (Defense Against A Double Wrist Grab)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotetori Nikyo technique. This Aikido technique is also known as Ryote-Dori Nikyo.

This technique is a Nikyo defense against an opponent who is holding both of your wrists.
