Instructions for Aikido's Tenkai-Kote-Hineri or Rotating Wrist Twist

This page provides you with instructions for the Aikido Tenkai-kote-hineri technique (also known as rotating wrist twist). This technique is also part of Aikido Randori-No kata, one of the Aikido katas.
