Instructions for Aikido's Yokomenuchi Nikyo (or Defense Against Hook Punches)

This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Yokomenuchi Nikyo technique. This Aikido technique is a defense against a hook punch to the side of the head or a knife hand strike to the neck.
