Ankle Stretches for Martial Arts Students

Here are a variety of ankle stretches used by martial arts students. Given the spinning movements and kicking done in martial arts training, ankle injuries are a common problem. Proper stretching and warm-up exercises can help to reduce the potential for ankle strains and injuries.
