Instructions for the Bow Pose - Yoga for Martial Arts Flexibility

This page provides details for the Bow Pose. This Yoga exercise is used by martial arts students in order to stretch their back, chest, shoulders, etc. This Yoga pose generally requires students to have more flexibility as they need to grab their feet in order to perform this exercise.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
