Instructions for Cat-Cow Stretch - Yoga for Martial Arts Flexibility

This page provides details for the Cat-Cow Stretch. This Yoga stretch is used by martial arts students in order to loosen their back, spine, stomach, etc. This will help your upper body flexibility and thus will help your grappling and punching power.
