Chest Fly Exercises For Better Martial Arts Strength

This page will teach you how to do a "Chest Fly" (also called a "Pec Fly"). This exercise will improve your martial arts punching power and grappling strength. The chest fly works mainly on your chest (pectoral muscles) and shoulders. Stronger chest and shoulder muscles will help your punching power.
