Chin-Ups - Martial Arts Strength Training

This page will teach you how to do a "Chin-Up". This upper body exercise will improve your martial arts punching power and grappling strength. Chin-ups work primarily on strengthening your arms, upper back, shoulder muscles, etc.

A chin-up differs from a pull-up because your palms face inwards when on the bar. In contrast, for a pull-up, your palms face outwards when on the bar.
