Written Instructions for Chito-Ryu Kata - Seiken No Migi Hidari

  • "Ki o tsuke", Musubi dachi
  • "Yoi”, Uchi hachi ji dachi
  • Step behind with right leg, pass through kosa dachi… into seisan dachi, Chudan oi zuki
  • Ni ren zuki (double punch)
  • 1 – Chudan gyaku zuki
  • 2 – Chudan oi zuki – Kiai
  • Right leg steps, Uchi hachi ji dachi
  • Step behind with left leg, pass through kosa dachi… into seisan dachi, Chudan oi zuki
  • Ni ren zuki (double punch)
