Instructions for Choy Li Fut - Bak Mo Kuen (White Hair Form)

This page provides details about the Choy Li Fut form known as Bak Mo Kuen or White Hair Form. Choy Li Fut is a well-known Kung Fu style and uses a variety of forms to teach kicks, strikes, stances, self-defense techniques, balance, coordination, etc. However, if you have any questions about a particular form movement, please check with your instructor because there are many different Choy Li Fut schools and instructions can differ.
