Instructions for Choy Li Fut - Siu Mui Fa Kuen (Small Plum Blossom Fist Form)

This page provides details about the Choy Li Fut form known as Siu Mui Fa Kuen or Small Plum Blossom Fist Form. Choy Li Fut is a well-known Kung Fu style and uses a variety of forms to teach kicks, strikes, stances, self-defense techniques, balance, coordination, etc. However, if you have any questions about a particular form movement, please check with your instructor because there are many different Choy Li Fut schools and instructions can differ.
