Learn about the Clock Choke Escapes

These videos provide details for grappling techniques known as Clock Choke Escapes. These are counters to or defenses against the submission technique known as the Clock Choke.

The Clock Choke is a gi technique (requires your opponent to be wearing a gi or uniform with a lapel).

All grappling techniques are potentially dangerous and should only be practiced under the supervision of a trained martial arts instructor.
