Instructions for Cross Crunches - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Cross Crunches. These crunches are a great exercise to build up your core strength as they work on your abs and obliques. They will improve your rotational power and thus help your martial arts kicking and punching strength. For a slightly more advanced version, please visit the page on bicycle crunches.
