Instructions for a Defense Against A Low Round Kick - Krav Maga Technique

This page provides details for a Krav Maga defense against a low round kick. This self-defense technique focuses on using your shins in order to protect against low kicks.

Other martial arts also use this technique but also focus on evading a kick and thus avoiding potential injury if the attacker lands a strong kick. In contrast, Krav Maga wants to get close and be aggressive in countering an attack in order to get the fight over quickly.
