Instructions for a Defense Against A Low Stick Strike - Krav Maga Technique

This page provides details for a Krav Maga defense against a low stick strike. This is a self-defense technique used against an attacker who is trying to strike your knees or legs with a stick or club. You should also learn a Krav Maga defense against a high stick strike.

However, be aware that unarmed combat against guns, knives or clubs is very dangerous and should only be used as a last resort. Consider other options first (i.e. run away from danger).

For more techniques, please visit the main Krav Maga Techniques section.
