  • Goodbye - Paalam
  • Grappling or Wrestling - Dumog
  • Handle/grip of weapon - Puño
  • Hello - Mabuhay (or) Kumusta
  • How are you? - Kumusta?
  • Instructor - Guro
  • Machete - Bolo
  • Poke - Tusok
  • Respect - Pugay (form of salutation/greeting between Kali practitioners)
  • Stab or Thrust - Saksak
  • Stick (Single) - Solo Baston
