Instructions for the Ezekiel Choke - Submission Technique

This page provides details on how to do Ezekiel Choke. This submission technique is used in martial arts systems such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts. This technique is named after Ezequiel Rodrigues Dutra Paraguassu and was derived from a Judo technique known as Sode Guruma Jime (or Sleeve Wheel Choke).
