Instructions for the Foot Flexing Stretch - Martial Arts Stretching Technique
This page provides details for the Foot Flexing Stretch (or Toe Pointers, Up & Down Foot Stretch, etc.). This basic foot and ankle stretch is useful for martial artists that utilize lots of spinning kicks (i.e. spinning hook kick or tornado kick) and/or jumping kicks (i.e. jumping axe kick).
