Instructions for Foot-to-Foot Crunches - Core Strength Exercise
This page will teach you how to do Foot-to-Foot Crunches. These crunches are a great exercise to build up your core strength as they work on your obliques and abs. They will improve your rotational power and thus help your martial arts kicking and punching strength.
With this exercise, you will lay down on the floor and try to touch one heel at a time. For another core exercise focused on your obliques, you should try oblique or side crunches.
