Instructions for a French Press - Martial Arts Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do a "French Press". This exercise focuses primarily on your triceps and forearms. It will improve your martial arts punching and grappling strength. Other triceps exercises include triangle push-ups, triceps kickbacks, triceps pushdowns, etc.
