Hanging Leg Raises - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do "Hanging Leg Raises". This exercise will help your martial arts core strength by working on your abdominal muscles. In turn, this will improve your rotational (twisting) power and thus lead to stronger martial arts kicks, punches and grappling techniques.
