Learn Judo's Ippon Seoi Nage (or One Handed Shoulder Throw)

Here are videos that show you how to do Ippon Seoi Nage (or One Handed Shoulder Throw) in Judo. This Judo technique is also known as a One-Arm Shoulder Throw.

This technique is similar to Morote Seoi Nage (Two Handed Shoulder Throw). The main difference is in the use of your hands.
