Jumping Front Kick - Martial Arts Kicking Technique

This page provides details on how to do a Jumping Front Kick. This martial arts kick is a more advanced version of the traditional front kick.

This technique allows martial artists to achieve higher jumps so they can attack taller opponents with a front kick (i.e. target their chin). This type of kick is also used for breaking demonstrations by a number of martial arts styles (i.e. Taekwondo).

For instructions on different martial arts kicks (i.e. spinning hook kick), please visit the main Martial Arts Kicks page.
