Kickboxer – Martial Arts Movie

Kickboxer is a 1989 martial arts movie that starred Jean-Claude Van Damme. In this movie, Van Damme trains and fights in order to avenge his brother who was crippled in a fight by a vicious fighter. The film has a very memorable scene where Van Damme trains by kicking a banana tree. Banana tree kicking was an ancient training technique used in Muay Thai.
