Instructions for Knee Rotation or Knee Circles - Martial Arts Warm-Up Exercise

This page provides details for a warm-up exercise known as Knee Rotations or Knee Circles. This warm-up exercise is used by martial arts students in order to warm up their knees and legs in advance of their normal martial arts training.

All warm-up exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
