Learn Kyokushin Kata - Taikyoku Sono Ichi Ura

Here are instructions and videos for Kyokushin Karate Kata Taikyoku Sono Ichi Ura. This is the ura kata variation of Kyokushin Taikyoku Sono Ichi.

Ura katas are very similar to the same-named non-ura Kyokushin katas. However, ura katas contain spins when turning.
