List of Leg Strength Exercises - Calf, Quadriceps, Hamstrings, etc.
These leg exercises will help you to generate stronger kicks and grappling techniques. Martial artists use these modern leg workouts in order to strengthen the muscles in their calves, quads, etc. If you are looking for more traditional exercises (i.e. Hojo Undo), please visit the main Strength Training section.
