Leg Grab Counter with Armbar - Instructions
Occasionally during a fight, an opponent might grab your leg as you kick (i.e. capture one of your roundhouse kicks). Rather than just standing there waiting for him to topple you over, you need to quickly counter this leg grab. This section focuses on using a rolling armbar to escape your opponent's grasp and turn the tables on him. However, this technique requires a good deal of athletic ability and knowledge of grappling techniques.
