Luta Livre - Brazilian Martial Arts Style

Luta Livre is a Brazilian martial arts known in Portuguese as "Free Fighting". This martial arts also uses a variety of strikes and kicks.

Unfortunately, this Brazilian martial arts has become less popular than Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Luta Livre was hurt by a number of well-publicized tournament losses versus BJJ practitioners in the 1980s.
