Malla Yuddha - Wrestling-Based Indian Martial Arts
Malla-Yuddha is an Indian and Southeast Asian martial arts focused on combat wrestling. This style can teach grappling techniques, joint locks, punches, biting, etc. However, for safety reasons, Malla Yuddha sporting events have banned many of these techniques. Therefore, Malla Yuddha competitive events focus on elements such as submissions or lifting an opponent off the ground for three seconds.
