Mano Y Mano
This page provides details for Mano Y Mano or Arnis/Eskrima/Kali unarmed combat techniques.
The unarmed combat portion of Kali can look similar to various other arts and also has some of it own unique movements. In many schools that teach Kali, this portion of the art will sometimes incorporate a decent amount of Silat and/or JKD.
Much of the empty hand Kali uses Gunting (scissor) a concept where a passing block is used followed by immediate limb destruction.
