Medicine Ball Chest Pass - Martial Arts Plyometrics Exercise
This page will teach you how to do the Medicine Ball Chest Pass. This plyometrics exercise will improve your martial arts arm & chest strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques.
In this plyometrics exercise, you will "pass" a medicine ball from chest level to a partner. In the video below, you will also see how to make this exercise more advanced by moving when passing the medicine ball. Other medicine ball drills include Medicine Ball Chops, Medicine Ball Side Throws, Medicine Ball Sit-Up Throws, Medicine Ball Slams, etc.
All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor to ensure the proper technique is being utilized and to avoid potential injuries. For additional exercises, please visit the main Medicine Ball Workouts or Physical Fitness sections.
