Medicine Ball Sit-Up Throws - Martial Arts Plyometrics Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Medicine Ball Sit-Up Throws. This plyometrics exercise will improve your martial arts arm, chest and core strength and thus will help you to generate stronger punches and grappling techniques. It will also improve your conditioning.

In this plyometrics exercise, you will throw a medicine ball above your head and catch it while doing a sit-up. This is a tough workout drill. Other medicine ball drills include the Medicine Ball Chest Pass, Medicine Ball Chops, Medicine Ball Side Throws, Medicine Ball Slams, etc.
