Learn Muay Thai Conditioning Drills

While modern Muay Thai uses many conditioning exercises similar to Mixed Martial Arts conditioning drills. Nevertheless, Muay Thai is also associated with a traditional martial arts conditioning exercise… the infamous banana tree workout!

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
