Learn Muay Thai's Roundhouse Kick (or Te Tat)

This section looks at how to perform a Muay Thai Te Tat (or Roundhouse Kick). This Muay Thai kick is also known as an angle kick or round kick.

This Muay Thai kick is an extremely powerful kick, It utilizes the rotation of your body and the swing of your leg. With a Muay Thai roundhouse kick, you hit the target with your shin (versus the instep or top of your foot as in other martial arts roundhouse kicks).
