Nunchaku (Nunchuck) - How To Do A Figure Eight Wrist Roll

This page provides details on how to do the Nunchaku (Nunchuck) Figure Eight Wrist Roll technique. Many martial arts train with Nunchaku including Karate, Hapkido, Ninjutsu, etc.

This technique is a more advanced version of the basic figure eight spin (which uses a wide arm swing versus a tight wrist spin).

These video instructions will help beginning martial artists learn how to use a Nunchaku for demonstrations and/or self-defense.

For other Nunchaku instructional information, visit the main Nunchaku techniques section.
