Learn About Judo's Okuri Eri Jime (or Sliding Lapel Choke)

These videos provide instructions for "Okuri Eri Jime" (or Sliding Lapel Choke) in Judo. This Judo technique is also known as a Double Lapel Choke.

All Judo choking techniques (Shime Waza) are dangerous and should be practiced only under the supervision of a trained Judo instructor.
