Instructions for Preacher Curls - Martial Arts Upper Body Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do "Preacher Curls". This exercise is a more focused version of bicep curls as the preacher bench prevents you from using the rest of your body to "cheat" on the curl. This exercise will increase the strength of your biceps and forearms. Therefore, you will improve your overall martial arts punching and grappling strength.
