Punch to the Groin

Punching to the groin to stop an assailant.


  • A punch to the groin can be performed in a number of ways but when standing will often require that you drop your weight and bend forward with the punch which can put you in vulnerable position and even more so if the technique fails
  • A safer way to punch the groin is when on the ground and trying to escape an opponents guard
    • In the video at about 2:43 as your are escaping is a good time to just punch the groin leaving them writhing on the ground as you escape
