Reverse Shoulder Stretch

This page provides details for the Reverse Shoulder Stretch. This shoulder, upper back and chest stretch is useful for martial artists that utilize grappling techniques and/or punches. In this stretch, you will place your hands behind your back and put your hands together. You will slowly raise your hands towards your shoulders in order to loosen your upper body muscles.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
