Martial Arts Weapon Kata - Nicho Sai

This page provides details about the Ryu Kon Kai kata known as Nicho Sai. This kata uses two Sai (three pronged metal weapon).

Stances are extremely important in kata. Weapon stances use similar stances to those in Karate but a bit shorter e.g. Zenkutsu Dachi is not as long as the Karate equivalent. Stances used in this kata: Niko Ashi Dachi, Zenkutsu Datchi & Shiko Datchi.
