Long Staff - Shaolin Kung Fu Weapon

Shaolin Kung Fu contains techniques for fighting with long staff. In Chinese martial arts, a staff is known as "gùn".

Other martial arts also use the long staff (i.e. the Bo in Japanese martial arts). For staff fighting techniques, please visit the Bo Staff Techniques section.
