Learn the Shuri-Ryu Kata - Nai Han Chi San (or Missing Enemy Form 3)

Here are videos and instructions for Shuri-Ryu Karate kata - Nai Han Chi San (or Naihanchi Sandan). In Shuri-Ryu Karate, this kata is also known as the "Missing Enemy Form 3".

To master these katas, you will also have to learn basic Karate stances, Karate kicks, Karate blocks, Karate punches, etc.
