Learn the Shuri-Ryu Kata - Nai Han Chi Sho (or Missing Enemy Form)

Here are videos and instructions for Shuri-Ryu Karate kata - Nai Han Chi Sho (or Naihanchi Shodan). In Shuri-Ryu Karate, this kata is also known as the "Missing Enemy Form".
