How To Do A Spinning Roundhouse Kick - Martial Arts Kicking Technique

These videos show you how to do a martial arts spinning roundhouse kick (or turning roundhouse kick).

The spinning roundhouse kick is a slightly more powerful version of a basic roundhouse kick given the momentum of the spin. However, this move remains on the ground unlike the tornado kick (360 roundhouse kick) which involves a spin and jump.

For additional instruction on different martial arts kicks, please visit the main kicking techniques page.
