This page provides details for the Standing IT Band Stretch or Standing ITB Stretch. This martial arts stretch targets the iliotibial bands (which run along the outside of your legs from your hips to your knees), hips, obliques, etc.

All stretches should be supervised by a trained martial arts instructor in order to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
