List of Toe Locks & Toe Hold Submissions

This page provides details on a variety of toe locks and toe hold submissions used in martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. With these techniques, you are grabbing on an opponent's foot near his toes in order to put significant pressure on the opponent's ankle joint. These joint locks are submission techniques.
