Upright Row - Martial Arts Upper Body Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do an "Upright Row". This shoulder exercise is done with a dumbbell or barbell. It also works your arms, trapezius muscles (upperback), etc. This martial arts exercise will help to increase your punching and grappling power.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
