V-Ups - Martial Arts Core Strength Exercise

This page will teach you how to do "V-Ups", "Pikes" and "V-Crunches". These are advanced exercises used to build up your core strength. They will improve your rotational power ("torquing" power) and thus help your martial arts kicking and punching strength.
